Profitable on Purpose is a business conference for established women business owners who are ready to make stronger, more profitable decisions about the businesses they’ve already built.
Founded by Vancouver Island business strategist and entrepreneur Pam Ivey, the conference moves beyond conversations about revenue and growth for growth’s sake. POP focuses on what happens after the revenue comes in: profitability, pricing, financial decision-making, strategic priorities and building a business that works for its owner.
The 2026 Profitable on Purpose Conference takes place October 23 at Esquimalt Gorge Park Pavilion in Greater Victoria, bringing together up to 100 established women business owners from across Vancouver Island for a full day of practical business work.
